Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Full Time Position 

Job Description 

 The System / Network Administrator is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and performance tuning for hardware systems. The Systems / Network Administrator maintains the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, webservers, email, PCs, local and wide area networking both hardware / software, and server hardware. The Systems / Network Administrator makes sure that networks and servers are functioning properly, plan network and server’s installation, maintain, and upgrade software, ensure security tools are in place along with handling the installation and removal of hardware. The Systems / Network Administrator serves as a technical expert in system and network administration for complex systems and takes on responsibilities for driving an initiative to completion by owning the development and rollout of a project with minimal oversight. The System / Network Administrator implements network and server security to ensure data is not compromised in any way.

Qualifications

Education level: Bachelor’s in Computer Science and or equivalent 

Experience: 2+ years / will vary based on experience

Require Travelling Different Locations

Knowledge Required: C, C++, Java Script, ASP, XML, HTML, Css, Database SQL, Servers, Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall 

Ability to Manage and Work Independently on Projects and Escalated Support Issues

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
